Your first two nights will be in Sanur, one of Bali’s most relaxed and vibrant beach villages. Here, you can stroll along the boardwalk, swim in the ocean, sip on cocktails, rent a bike for a ride, practice yoga, or simply unwind by the pool with a Bintang beer.
Next, you will spend four nights in Ubud, a town nestled in Bali’s uplands, renowned for its rich traditional arts, crafts, and spiritual heritage. Surrounded by lush forests and temples, you’ll encounter tourists from around the globe, along with a plethora of restaurants and shops. Immerse yourself in the authentic Balinese atmosphere, where religion, nature, history, yoga, art, local life, and delectable cuisine blend seamlessly.
Finally, your last two nights will be spent in the Seminyak/Legian area. Here, youโll experience the vibrant energy and stylish charm that these destinations are famous for. Day 1
Arrive at Ngurah Rai Airport DenPasar Bali
- Arrive at Ngurah Rai Airport in Denpasar.
- Upon arrival, secure your Bali Visa. Taxis are readily accessible, or you can pre-arrange a driver; Nita is available to assist.
- Check into our hotel located in Sanur. Take a leisurely stroll along the beach and immerse yourself in the laid-back atmosphere.
- In the afternoon, Nita will guide you to the local supermarket, provide an overview of the area, and share recommendations for local favorites to stock up on.
- Join us for a celebratory dinner in Bali, with a cocktail, mocktail, or a refreshing Bintang or two.
- Enjoy a free evening to explore the markets, perhaps catch some live music to elevate your holiday spirit, or if you’re feeling jet-lagged, unwind at the hotel. Nita will suggest a restaurant for those who wish to dine together.

Day 2
Relaxed day to shop, swim, relax, or do your own tour
- Enjoy breakfast at your leisure.
- Suggested Activity: Embark on a leisurely bicycle ride along the picturesque Sanur Beach Strip. This delightful outing is one of our favorite highlights in Sanur. Donโt worry about fitness levels; the terrain is flat, and the focus is on having fun and enjoying the moment.
- Look forward to refreshing dips in the ocean, along with coconut drinks or a cold Bintang beer, and plenty of opportunities for memorable photos. The renowned Sanur coastline offers fantastic experiences for all ages, featuring a variety of cafes, restaurants, and markets.
- Alternatively, you can book an additional local wood carving or silver-making class, either on your own or with other interested ladies. Nita can help arrange this for you (at your own expense).
- This is a perfect day to pamper yourself with a massage or visit the stunning Icon Mall located by the beachfront. Nita will be available to assist or accompany anyone seeking company.
- In the evening, weโll go out to explore the traditional night food market, where both locals and tourists delight in dining at local stalls. This is your chance to savor authentic Balinese cuisine like a true local. Afterward, you can return to the hotel or head out for drinks and dancing while enjoying some live music with Nita

Day 3
Ubud and Shopping on the cards
- Early Breakfast
- Morning pickup and check-out with your luggage ready. Please do arrange with reception if any help is needed.
- 8.00 am pickup with your luggage.
- Visit the Yan Yan Jewelry store โ it’s a full silver and gold crafting experience. The craftsmanship is incredible, with intricate designs that reflect Balinese culture. You can walk through their workshop to see how the jewelry is made by hand, which is fascinating and educational.
- Visit the Phalam Batik & Souvenirs Shop – Lovely shop where they show you around on how they make handmade traditional Balinese clothes and souvenirs using a batik technique with wax and painting onto various fabric clothes like satin and silk. Products available for purchase.
- Shopping at the Krisna Bali Souvenir Center – A big fixed price store selling jewelry, crafts, key chains, bags, clothes, souvenirs, snacks and food.
- Lunch stop at Bumbu Asli Warung.
- Stop for a Coffee and Tea Tasting experience. Sample a wide variety of herbal teasโmangosteen, rosella, turmeric, ginger, and different flavour’s of coffeeโall served with care and a smile.

- After settling into your accommodation, take some time to explore the vibrant streets of Ubud, known for its bustling markets, artistic vibe, and lush greenery

Day 4
Swings and Purification Ceremony
- Breakfast at 7:30 a.m.
- 8:00 a.m. – Pickup
- Experience the Alas Harum Swing, one of our favorite activities featuring the world-renowned swings. Enjoy one swing session included in your package (outfit rental is optional and at your own expense).
- Our next stop is the Balinese Purification Ceremony at the Beji Griya Waterfall
- The Balinese purification ceremony known as โMelukatโ holds an important place in the spiritual and cultural fabric of the Island of the Gods. Melukat involves a series of ritual practices that aim to purify the body, mind, and soul.
- If time allows, we will stop by the Taman Dedari Restaurant for Lunch. Otherwise a late lunch close to the accommodation or at the hotel at your own accord.
- Return to your accommodation.
- Enjoy a free evening.

Day 5
Explore Ubud and experience an Indonesian Cooking Class
- Breakfast at own leisure
- Suggested activity – For those wanting to visit an extra temple, take a taxi to the Elephant Cave (Goa Gajah Temple). At own cost
- 2h00 afternoon pickup for your cooking class.
- You will be preparing your own late lunch which consist from curries, to Nasi Goreng, to a delicious banana dessert. Drop off back at the hotel around 18h00.

Day 6
Free Day in Ubud
- Breakfast at own leisure
- Free day to plan your own tour or activities, perhaps hire a scooter taxi to ride though the streets of Ubud or nearby villages. Visit the Ubud Market, the Royal Palace, go for a yoga class, or shop till you drop. A busy and vibey part of Bali, Ubud is the central hub and will take you out of your comfort zone.
- This is truly the melting pot of Bali. Perhaps let Nita help you arrange a driver to go spend the day visiting art villages or to do some activities that are of interest to you. From Ubud you can do many day tours with a drop off back at the hotel
- Suggested activity- Book a Traditional Balinese Photoshoot. About 30 min from Ubud (at own cost and needs to be arranged in advance)
- Suggested Early Dinner spot – Wedja Restaurant (Must take a taxi there )

Day 7
Travel to Legian via the East Bali Coast
- Breakfast
- 8:00 AM – Pick up, pay your bills and check out ahead of time. Please ask the front desk if you need assistance.
- Pick up from the hotel with luggage
- A visit to the Goa Lawah Bat Cave Temple, a very important temple for the Balinese people. It is one of Baliโs nine directional temples and is said to guard against evil spirits from the ocean.
- En route, we will stop at a small traditional salt-making stall, a dying craft primarily practised by the older generation.
- Next, we head east to visit the Monkey Bar where we will enjoy lunch and have time to relax and swim in the infinity pool.
- Drive to the South of Bali. Pack a book and enjoy the ride.
- Check into accommodation in Legian.
- After settling in at our accommodation, the evening is yours to explore at leisure. You might choose to stroll along the bustling streets, discovering local shops and cafรฉs, or simply relax on the beach and watch the sunset paint the sky with hues of orange and pink.
- Dinner is at your own accord, with plenty of dining options available nearby, ranging from local Balinese cuisine to international dishes.

- Suggested Activity:
- Today presents a fantastic opportunity to explore the Southern part of Bali with an additional tour. Visit the GWK Cultural Park, essential for those looking to delve into Bali’s historical side. The park features scheduled cultural performances, a large souvenir shop, and the chance to dress in stunning outfits for memorable photos.
- Combine this with a visit to the Uluwatu Temple, This additional tour will have a cost shared among participants. Nita will remain at the hotel, while your driver/guide, Putu, will assist you.
- Take a taxi to the Krisna wholesale fixed-price shop for any last-minute shopping.
- Alternatively, spend the day indulging in massages and relaxing by the pool or beach.
- Spend the day shopping, exploring, dining and relaxing at your own leisure.
- Enjoy your evening as you wish or join Nita for sundowners under the vibrant umbrellas at a nearby beach restaurant.

Where do I begin? I cannot describe my recent trip to Bali as nothing but magical.
The Balinese people are the kindest, loving, and humble and strive to please at every level. I have definitely experienced a whole different kind of humanity with these extraordinary people.
The food was outstanding. The preparation and love that goes into every meal is tangible. Every meal was so beautifully presented and one could taste the different spices as we travelled through the different regions.
The places we visited just kept getting better. Not only were the views and attractions spectacular, there were many times my heart felt the beauty of Bali, and I had to catch my breath at its magnificence. There is no doubt I have brought a piece of Bali back home with me and left a piece of my heart in beautiful Bali.
The hotels of choice were perfect. We were certainly treated like royalty at every hotel we encountered. I must congratulate all involved for the research and planning that made Bali far more than I expected
