Review by Vidette-Sigrid Roux

I travel a lot, and this Taste of Bali tour was honestly one of my most memorable trips so far. Nita from Story Scape Travel curated a beautifully balanced itinerary that let us experience Bali properly, not just tick boxes.

The journey flowed perfectly from the buzz of Seminyak and Legian, to the spiritual and cultural heart of Ubud, and ended off with relaxed beach time in Sanur. Highlights included visiting local silver and batik workshops, a Balinese purification ceremony (Melukat) at Beji Griya Waterfall, the iconic Alas Harum swing, a hands-on Balinese cooking class, temples like Goa Lawah, and plenty of time to explore markets, cafรฉs, beaches and sunsets. There was always a good balance between organised activities and free time, which made the trip feel effortless and never rushed.

StoryScape works with trusted local drivers, guides and venues, which makes you feel safe and well looked after at all times. On top of that, she is warm, friendly and genuinely bubbly, the kind of person who makes a group of strangers feel comfortable very quickly.

This was my second tour with Nita, and it definitely will not be my last. I can recommend her without hesitation if you want a well-planned, authentic and enjoyable Bali experience.

                  Testimonial by Heather Groves

I had an unforgettable time exploring the Island of the Gods with StoryScape Travel in Bali!

The stunning hotels we stayed in were so glamorous that we felt like celebrities. We were living our best lives with infinity pools overlooking the ocean, gourmet cuisine that made our taste buds sing, and plush bedding that made us feel like we were sleeping on clouds.

The sightseeing was incredible. From the iconic rice paddies, with the famous big swing, that were so picturesque they could have been straight off a postcard, to the beautiful temples that were so serene they made you feel at peace with the world. We hiked down to incredible waterfalls where we could swim, took tons of photos and selfies, and created memories we’ll treasure for years to come.

And then there was the amazing itinerary. I can only imagine the amount of thought and planning that went into creating our Bali trip and making it such a once-in-a-lifetime experience. We were given the opportunity to do things we never imagined we’d ever try. We met local people, learned about their culture and traditions, and had plenty of time to relax and simply take in the beauty around us.

Last but certainly not least, our fabulous local guides. . Our Balinese guides were incredibly knowledgeable about Bali’s history, culture and traditions. They made us laugh and feel as though we were travelling with friends.ย

A great travel experience is made even better by wonderful people, and the local guides we travelled with certainly made a difference.

All in all, it was such a fabulous trip and worth every cent (Rand) we spent. It was also such good value for money, especially with the favourable exchange rate.

I can’t wait to do another tour with StoryScape Travel and Nita! ๐Ÿ’š๐ŸŒด

A Review from One of Our Bali Travellers

                      Dearest Nita,

Where do I begin? I can only describe my recent trip to Bali as nothing short of magical.

The Balinese people are the kindest, most loving and humble people, always striving to please at every level. I have truly experienced a whole different kind of humanity through these extraordinary people.

The food was outstanding. The preparation, care and love that goes into every meal is tangible. Every meal was beautifully presented, and you could taste the different spices and flavours as we travelled through the different regions.

The places we visited just kept getting better. Not only were the views and attractions spectacular, but there were many moments when my heart simply felt the beauty of Bali. I often had to catch my breath at its magnificence. There is no doubt that I have brought a piece of Bali home with me and left a piece of my heart in beautiful Bali.

The hotels chosen were perfect. We were certainly treated like royalty at every hotel we stayed in. I must congratulate everyone involved for the research and planning that made Bali far more than I ever expected.

The local guides and drivers we used throughout the trip were wonderful. They were friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and always made us feel comfortable and well looked after. It was lovely to experience Bali with people who know and love their home so well.

I would never have experienced Bali in all its glory if it weren’t for Nita. If there is one place in the whole world I would return to, it would be beautiful, magical Bali.

Once again, Nita, thank you for an experience of a lifetime.

I wish you many more exciting adventures.

Sending lots of love, appreciation and gratitude. ๐Ÿ’š๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ’š
