COVID CANCELLATION / POSTPONEMENT POLICY

This COVID-19 policy will apply if any of the conditions listed above are met and in effect within a period of 15 days prior to a guest’s start date of a STORYSCAPE TRAVEL Tour or Breakaway.

StoryScape Travel’s Operating Procedure for cancelled bookings where funds have been received from the Client is to issue a credit note to the Client for the amount paid, these credit notes do not expire and can be applied to any future availability for the original booked Tour / Breakaway.

4.4.1 The Client may change the new re-booked Tour / Breakaway, within 7 days of making the new booking with no repercussions or financial penalties. Should the new chosen dates have a published price difference to the original Tour / Breakaway, then the difference in price will be charged to the Client and will be payable as per the standard StoryScape Travel Payment Terms.

4.4.2 Eight days after having booked the revised Tour / Breakaway date, and 21 days prior to the start date of the new Tour or Breakaway, the Client may change the new booking, to another future available date, once free of charge and without any repercussions or financial penalties.

Any further date changes will incur a 7% re-booking fee. (7% of total Tour / Breakaway fee invoiced).

In the very unlikely event that a Client be unable to re-schedule a Tour / Breakaway, whilst making no guarantees, StoryScape Travel will attempt to waive or limit any cancellation charges, but this will be solely at the Tour Operator’s discretion and shall be largely, but not exclusively, dependent on cancellation charges, if any, levied on it by its suppliers.
